Volkswagen T5 – 4 Berth Campervans (See VW T5 Campers)
Our campervans seat 4 to 5 people and sleep 2 to 4 (Depending on camper) . Each van is equipped with a comfortable double bed and 4 berth models have sleeping in elevating roof. Tents can be provide extra sleeping spaces.
As well as all the campervan features listed here, included within the hire price is fully comprehensive insurance for the first driver and roadside assistance.

Useful information
Normal pick-up and return times:
- Long Weekend breaks – Friday afternoon to Monday morning.
- Mid-Week breaks – Mon afternoon to Fri morning. We can be flexible, subject to availability.
- Week hire - Friday afternoon to Friday morning. We can be flexible for pick ups and return, subject to availability.
- Extra Days – Can be added to any hire, subject to availability.
- 24 hour hire - Is subject to availability, please call to discuss your requirements.
We endeavour to be flexible and alternative days and times may be available, please contact us to find out.
NB bank holidays, Easter and Christmas are classes as high season.
There is a minimum hire period over Christmas and New Year and for festivals such as Glastonbury and Bestival, please call to discuss.
*Please contact us if your booking is within 2 weeks of departure as we may be able to offer shorter hire periods.
Booking deposits
£200 or 10% for hires over two weeks, this is non-refundable and is required to secure your booking
Security deposit
There is a £500 security deposit to be secured with us before the start of the hire period for the purposes set out in the hire agreement. This security deposit will be refunded on safe return of the campervan and its contents.
Balances
Balances are due within one month of hire commencing and are not then eligible for refund in the event of cancellation or curtailment, we recommend that customers obtain adequate holiday / travel insurance in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
Long hire discount
10% reduction if hire period is 21 days or more, Optional extras are charged for no more than a two week hire.
Hire extensions
Should you wish to extend your hire then this may be possible but you must contact us giving as much notice as possible so we can confirm availability, additional charges will apply for late returns at the daily hire rate.
One way rentals
One way rentals are possible and must be agreed and paid for in advance of hire. Please contact us for a quote.
Additional drivers
Additional drivers are charged from £5 per day each, subject to insurance approval.
Europe Travel
To travel to Europe we charge an additional fee of £15 per day which includes European insurance cover, roadside assistance and legal compliance (headlight light adjustment, spare bulb/fuse set warning triangle, high visibility vests, first aid kit, fire extinguisher etc).
Insurance
Insurance is provided and in the event of any damage to either the vehicle or third party property the hirer will be liable for the first £750. The hirer will be liable for replacement or repair of windows or tyre damage and accidental / negligent damage to fittings and equipment.
Mileage
If you drive more than 500 miles on your trip then we ask you to check oil. water, tyre pressure etc. If you do more than an average of 250 miles per day (worked out over time of hire), we charge for a 75p per mile above that limit.
But no one so far has reached that limit and If you do then you are not spending enough time relaxing.
Insurance conditions
The prices quoted are for drivers between the ages of 25 and 70 holding a driving licence for at least 2 years with no accidents or endorsements. Drivers of 23 & 24 with Licence over 2 years subject to additional excess. Drivers under 25 or over 70 are subject to insurance approval. Drivers outside these conditions will be considered but there may be additional charges. Please call to discuss.
